Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

We care about your satisfaction as our customer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every product we sell is carefully inspected before being shipped to your door, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Please note we cannot accept returns on Sale Items & some Custom/Special Order Products and pre-order products require a restocking fee and are not eligible for a full merchandise refund. If you need to return an item, please email support@amonsonlighting.com.au  for assistance. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and include invoice. Unless we determine the product to be defective as a result of the manufacturer or our error, all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

We will gladly replace and/or accept the return of products that are defective due to damage in transit, defects in workmanship and/or manufacturing for up to 7 days from receipt of item, please check your items carefully upon arrival. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately via phone or email. You will be required to save the box and all its contents for 7 days in case the shipper desires to inspect it. When these items are returned we will issue a refund via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase on Amonson Lighting, alternatively, we can send you a cheque.

The delivery fee for return, refund and repair items are not refundable.

Restocking fee

Please note returns on change-of-mind orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
